Binibigyan ng Sinodo ng kapangyarihan ang mananampalataya upang marinig at makipagdiyalogo katuwang ang mga pastol tungo sa sama-samang paglalakbay bilang nag-iisang simbahan.
Ito ang mensahe ni Cardinal Mario Grech, Secretary General of General Secretary of the Synod sa ikasampung Philippine Conference on New Evangelization (PCNE) ng Office for the Promotion of the New Evangelization na idinaos sa University of Santo Tomas.
“And synodality empowers the people of God so that we can really communicate to one another, to the community, not only our opinion but what the Holy Spirit is trying to convey, to communicate to the church and to the world Synodality empowers also our pastors, the Bishops and please when you go back to your churches, convey my regards to your pastors, we need the guidance, the ministry of Bishops, Bishops and there collaborators so the clergy,” ayon sa mensahe ni Cardinal Grech.
Ipinarating din ni Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, Pro-Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization sa huling araw ng PCNE na mahalagang gamitin ang pananampalataya sa Sto Nino upang maisabuhay ang pagpapakumbaba higit na para sa kabutihan ng kapwa.
Ayon sa Opisyal ng Vatican, nawa ay isabuhay ng bawat mananampalataya ang pagpapatuloy ng pagiging bata upang mai-alay ang buhay at patuloy na sundin ang plano ng Panginoon para sa sangnilikha.
“Learn from the disciples, they have been taught by Jesus but they have prevented the synodal path, so let the Santo Niño, always remind us, God became humble to walk with you, so I remain humble, and I ask you bring the little ones to me, the little ones need companion, sana hindi po tayo ang maging hadlang para maraming kasama si Hesus,” ayon sa mensahe sa pagninilay ni Cardinal Tagle.
