“First is the message of joy, we are happy to be here to witness the rite of installation of the new bishop of the military ordinariate. Together with that is our prayers for him because it is a unique very particular service to our people specially those who are in the military and the police men and women in uniform because they have a special task also in the nation and so their well-being, spiritual well-being is so essential also, so it will help them better serve our people and so we will pray always for bishop Oscar Florencio that he will do his work well with the grace of God.” pahayag ni Abp.
