Veritas 846, the leading faith-based AM station in Mega Manila, recently launched its “Dear Father” segment as part of its program “Healing Touch sa Veritas”.
The segment is part of the 11pm-2am program that will air letters from senders seeking healing, guidance, help and advise from Healing Touch anchor priests.
Healing Touch is an on air spiritual counseling program which airs from Sunday to Friday with Rev. Fr. Larry Faraon every Sunday, Rev. Fr. Gerald Metal on Monday, Rev. Fr. Arnold Layoc for the Tuesday edition, Rev. Fr. Egay de Jesus every Wednesday, Rev. Fr. Len Hernandez for Thursday and Rev. Fr Benjo Fajota for Friday.
Rev. Fr. Anton CT Pascual, Radio Veritas President invites the faithful to continue listening with the station’s programs.
“There are a lot of issues plaguing our society challenging our faith. We may feel angry, sad, offended, hopeless and even lonely but Christ calls us to find strength in Him. Let the station of truth be the instrument of God in your need,” Fr. Pascual said.
The “Dear Father” segment is part of the initiatives of Radio Veritas through its Veritas 500 program that aims to expand the Church in multimedia and reach a nationwide audience as the Catholic Church prepares for the celebration of the 500 years of Christianity in the Philippines.
