“First, what was done to his marching order to Secretary Cusi of DOE: “fast-track the development of renewable energy sources, and reduce dependence on the traditional energy sources such as coal.”
Second, Peace Process – Stop the Killings! Red-Tagging! Repeal Anti-Terrorism Law!”
On the Scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest) I’ll give him a 4.

“He deserves the lowest grade. He let the Chinese (during the outbreak) to enter the Philippines.”

I’ll give him, maybe 7.

“Lack of competence and compassion. He acted too late and doesn’t know what to do. All he knows is to sleep, curse & kill. His priority is going after ABS-CBN, silencing Rappler, imposing the Anti’Terror Law. He doesn’t care if people die of Covid-19 or hunger or killed by the police. His war of drug is war on addicts and pushers thru EJK without going after the drug lords. He hasn’t stopped corruption. Poverty remains widespread. There is no peace. There is no “pagbabago”. He has not fulfilled his promises. He is incapable of uniting the nation. He deserves a 0.”

“As president, 3. His main weapon is to instill fear. A vindictive one which clouds his better judgment of seeing the bigger picture on what’s best for the country. He exudes propensity to arrogate power unto himself which clearly violates our long-held adherence to democratic ideals.
His drive to silence critics, thwart dissent are signs of creeping authoritarianism which should be opposed.”
“My rating for his response to the pandemic, 3. There is lack of urgency. He undermined the virus. There is simply no vision or direction. It’s more of a catch-up response. There’s no sense of transparency. He always appeals to the public to simply trust him but has so far made no sense of accountability to what, how, when public resources are being used.”
