Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, teacher’s has a realization that love is not an abstract noun but rather word of action.
Why? Because they find ways and means to reach out their learners by providing them various instruction and competencies that they need to acquire through varied learning platforms/modalities.
Thus, creation and formulation of varied innovations projects in schools are conceptualized, made, and implemented.
This is the essence of love that teachers possess that they even sacrifice in order to give the best to their learners.
The pandemic becomes the springboard for teachers to embrace and love the importance of innovation projects in improving teaching-learning process.
It serves as a turning point for professional teachers to develop personally and professionally.
On the other hand, it is also an opportunity where spirit of unity and oneness among people in all walks of life is palpably manifested and transformed.
Meanwhile, variations in beliefs, principles, attributions, and methods of teaching are set aside to give way to school innovations to be implemented in order to improve the teaching – learning for learners – which is the heart and soul of the educative process.
The pendulum of learning starts the moment the learner interacts and communicates his ideas and emotions to others.
It is also a manifestation that the project innovation being implemented is effective and efficient. So, every teacher is encouraged to make his/her project innovation for him/her to determine the efficacy of the teaching styles or modality he/she is using.
Finally, as the teacher makes and implements his/her project innovation in school he/she is metamorphosing his cup of love from abstract to action.
