“No matter if you’re Catholic or Mormon or Muslim or Hindu or whatever it is we are all one family and we felt like joint performance could really bless the lives of others. It doesn’t matter [what’s your religion is] we kind of come together more than divide and I think we need more of that in this time, more love more interaction more working together to the benefit of humankind,” pahayag ni Smith.
“Last fall, there was a visiting delegate from the archdiocese who came to BYU and that started the idea of ‘Oh, while you came to Manila, why not we team up and we’ll donate all of the funds to the charity of catholic churches’ choice. And they said you do that for us you come all the way and perform for us and give us the funds and we said ‘Yes we are brothers, I think that was welcome and received very well,” dagdag pa nito.
Fr. Anton Pascual na kung mabibigyan ng maayos na edukasyon ang bawat isa ay makakaahon ang bansa sa kahirapan dahil ‘Education is the great equalizer.
